About these Community Guidelines
Sip Ventures Pty Ltd (ABN 24 676 599 483) (‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’) owns and operates the application known as “Rallie” (Rallie). Sip Ventures Pty Ltd is a subsidiary of Asahi Holdings (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 48 135 315 767).
Our goal is to end the digital back and forth by encouraging and facilitating more meaningful real-life catch ups, more often. To help us do this, we've created these community guidelines (Guidelines) that outline the rules of conduct, certain prohibitions (including any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children), and the standard of behaviour expected from visitors to, or registered users of, Rallie (Rallie Users).
These Guidelines operate alongside our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Privacy Collection Notice which you’ve agreed to comply with when using Rallie.
We may need to amend these Guidelines from time to time (sometimes things change!). If we do, you will be notified, and directed to the updated Guidelines. By continuing to use Rallie you agree to be bound by the most recent Guidelines. If you do not agree to the updated Guidelines, you should discontinue your use of Rallie.
To keep Rallie and Rallie Users safe, we reserve the right to (in our sole discretion):
determine whether any particular message, information, data, text, images, video or other materials (Content), activity or behaviour is contrary to the spirit of these Guidelines; and
take any steps that we consider necessary to limit the distribution of or remove Content and accounts we consider to be in violation of these Guidelines.
If you have any questions about these Guidelines you can contact us at info@rallie.au
If you notice any Content, behaviour or other activity relating to Rallie that you believe does not comply with these Guidelines or our Terms of Use you can report it to us by:
selecting the menu item beside the relevant Rallie, Rallie User or Content;
clicking "report this user" or “report this content” (as applicable)
completing the details requested.
